Use these five plugins to turn customers into repeat customers and single item buyers into multiple item buyers.

1. Bundle Style Coupons

This free plugin enables store owners to make a coupon apply only when all products required for it are in a shopper’s cart. When you want to run a bundle deal, all the products in the deal need to be in the cart before the coupon works.

2. Recommendation Engine

The WooCommerce Recommendation Engine will allow you to offer suggestions to your customers based on either their view history, purchase history or products that are frequently purchased together, much like Netflix and Amazon does. It is a great way to provide for automatic cross and up sells, and will help users browse and purchase more products from your store.

3. WooCommerce MailChimp Subscribe – WordPress Plugin

This plugin displays a newsletter signup checkbox on checkout for WooCommerce integrated with MailChimp. It also includes a MailChimp List Health Dashboard Widget.

Features:

Optional Double Opt-In
Optional Welcome Email
Optional Groups Support

List Health Dashboard Widget

4. Groups for WooCommerce

Groups for WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin that allows you to sell memberships. Groups WooCommerce grants memberships based on products. It automatically assigns a customer to one or more groups based on the products ordered.

Memberships can be sold through normal products where membership is granted for an unlimited time through one-time payments, or through subscriptions where the memberships last as long as the subscription is active, based on recurring payments and an optional setup fee.

To sell memberships with Groups and WooCommerce you need at least WordPress 3.3 and these plugins:

  • Groups for WooCommerce (this plugin)
  • If you want to charge a monthly subscription fee, the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin is required, which adds a new subscription product type. Groups WooCommerce controls the memberships for the duration of the subscriptions.
  • Groups (free) provides the membership and access control capabilities. Download it here.

5. Social Commerce WordPress Plugin

The Social Commerce plugin enables you to convert your WordPress eCommerce website into a Facebook friendly destination for customers who want to shop via your Facebook Fan page.

With an extensive and easy to use Control Panel, you can completely customize Social Commerce. You can upload your own logo, setup the built-in featured slider and include your very own shop introduction. All of which are visible on Facebook.

You can decide what you would like to show on the homepage of your Facebook Store and display either your Most Recent Products, Featured Products or specific Product Categories and choose to show 4, 8 or 12 products on your homepage.
